Lumen Boardroom How-To

Toggle between presentation sources.

Select the Presentation button from the bottom selection, or home icon by flicking down from the top of tablet.
Select the desire source. Note if you hard wired a device with the HDMI cable there will be green indicator that shows up to help identify the source.

Changing camera view

Select the Conference button
Select the desire mode
1. Auto Switch – The camera will focus on the pre-define chair location. Look for a clear dot at the edge of the table to find proper chair position. The clear dot should be aligned to the center of the chair.
2. Auto Switch w/ Frame Assist – This uses AI to determine who is talking and will auto aim the camera in the direction of the voice.
3. Presenter Tracking – This mode is intended to use when the speaker is in the front of the boardroom and auto track the path of the speaker. The path must of the speaker must be in the front 1/3 of the boardroom.
4. Manual Control – You can use the pre-store camera views or change manual selection and viewpoints

Adjusting the voice-lift feature (speaker’s voice from one end of the board room will be replicated through the overhead speakers at the other end of the boardroom)

Select the gear icon on the upper right corner of the tablet.
Adjust the slider to increase the voice lift volume or press the mic icon to disable/enable it.

Access the Apple TV controls

Select the Presentation button
Select the gear icon on top of Apple TV selection
The control for Apple TV will show on the next screen
