End users procedure for lost/stollen devices.
Apple - iPhone/iPad/MacBook
- Inform IT that your device has been lost/stolen (Helpdesk Ticket, or by emailing helpdesk@fifthseason.com)
- Reset your M365 password: Change password (windowsazure.com)
- Go to your iCloud account and access the Find My portal: https://www.icloud.com/find/
- Select the device, then select “Mark As Lost”
- Select “Erase This Device”
- Go to Outlook Device list: https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/general/mobile
- Select the device, then select Wipe all data
- Reset any additional personal passwords that are connected to the device (eg. personal email, bank accounts, shopping portal)
- Request a police report from your local police station.
PC – Surface, Dell
- Inform IT that your device has been lost/stolen (Helpdesk Ticket, or by emailing helpdesk@fifthseason.com)

- Go to your Intune device portal: https://portal.manage.microsoft.com/devices
- Select the device, then select “Reset”, confirm reset
- Go to Outlook Device list: https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/general/mobile
- Select the device, then select Wipe all data
- Reset any additional personal passwords that are connected to the device (eg. personal email, bank accounts, shopping portal)
- Request a police from your local police station.
