Concur - Assigning a Delegate
If you want to delegate the responsibility of preparing and submitting reports on behalf of yourself, you need to assign a delegate in Concur. Follow these steps to assign a delegate:
- In Concur, click Profile and select Profile Settings

Click the Expense Delegates link then click Add
- The Expense Delegates page appears. Search by employee name, email address, employee ID or login ID and click the Add button
- Next, select the checkboxes to set the permissions you want to give to the added user – can prepare, can view reports, can use reporting and/or receives emails

When done, click the Save button

Concur - Acting as Delegate
If you are preparing and submitting reports on behalf of your supervisor, you have been set up as a delegate. To start a report for your Supervisor:
- In Concur, click Profile > Acting as Another User

- Select A Delegate for another user who has granted you this permission. Then type of name or email of the your Supervisor
- Click the Switch button. You can now enter expenses, as required
- To end the session, click the green Acting bubble then select Myself then select switch.
