NY Conference Room Guide
The NY Office has four video options to choose from. Simply press whichever option you would like to use on the touch screen, and it will automatically connect.
If you notice the sound is too loud, you can control the master volume through the touch screen.
Laptop:
Best used for streaming/sharing large files from your device
Plug in both HDMI and USB cables located on far-right side of cabinet to use mic, speakers, and camera
PC:
Sign in using your full email and email password
Zoom and Teams already installed
Best used for quickly accessing internet and sharing files from your OneDrive
Wireless keyboard/mouse in room to control anywhere
ClickShare:
Plug in ClickShare dongle. Once circle is solid white, press to share to TV.
Best used for in-person meetings and quickly sharing files to TV
Lower quality streaming, not recommended for remote meetings
NOTE: Camera does not currently work with ClickShare

Make sure when using the ClickShare that you change your sound settings to the conference room speakers/microphones if needed.
Windows:
Speakers can be adjusted by selecting the speaker icon in the bottom right on your taskbar then clicking the up-arrow to choose a different option
Mac:
Speakers on Mac can be adjusted by going to the top-right of your screen and clicking the Control Center icon. From there, select your speakers
Apple TV:
Able to use any streaming apps
Sign into the required streaming service and please remember to sign out
Troubleshooting:
If you select a video option and nothing appears on the TV, press the Room Off button on the touch screen, wait 10 seconds, then select your source again.
If the sound, camera, or microphone aren’t correct:
Teams:
While in the call, go to More>Settings>Device Settings
Make sure that the speakers, microphone, and camera are set to the room devices instead of your laptop’s
Zoom:
During the call, click the audio or video settings in the bottom left corner of your meeting
